This policy covers the Moon Garden game and its official website. Contact the developer at the email address below with privacy questions. Moon Garden is presented on the hi-tech dev studio website.
Gameplay
The game has no registration, accounts, first-party analytics or exchange of gameplay data with a developer-operated server. We do not receive your game progress on our own server. This does not exclude network requests by the Google AdMob advertising SDK.
Google AdMob advertising
The game uses Google AdMob. According to Google’s documentation, its advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including to estimate general location), device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic data. Google may use this information for ad delivery and measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The actual processing depends on the SDK version, device, settings and permissions granted.
Your advertising choices
Advertising identifier access and personalisation depend on device permissions and applicable rules. You can change available privacy and tracking settings in your operating system. If the game displays a consent prompt, you can make your choice there. Declining tracking does not necessarily disable ads or the advertising SDK’s processing of technical data.
Game website
Pages on this subdomain do not load advertising scripts, analytics trackers, cookies or browser local storage. When you visit, the hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the pages, such as your IP address, request URL and browser information; this may appear in server logs. The studio’s main website has a separate privacy policy.
Support requests
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments and use them to reply and resolve the issue. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Our email provider also processes this correspondence.
Retention, transfers and security
We retain correspondence as needed to handle your request and related follow-up, subject to mandatory legal requirements. Google determines the retention and processing of advertising data, including processing outside your country, under its own policies. We take reasonable measures to protect information available to us.
Your requests and children
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information you sent us by email. Contact the address provided; we will consider your request under applicable rules. We do not request children’s personal information through registration or in-game forms. If a child sends us personal information, a parent or representative can request its deletion.
